Bonnie Sweeten, a native of suburban Philadelphia, faces police charges after reporting a fake abduction of her daughter Julia Rakoczy to 911 earlier this week.
Police quickly found out the story did not add up and 24 hours later had tracked Sweeten to a hotel in Disney World packed with "minimal luggage and a hotel room paid till May 29."
Sweeten is being charged with misdemeanors of identity theft and false reports facing probation or even jail time.
A mother of four, friends say Sweeten had always been "the perfect mom," but cite domestic and financial troubles.
The daughter Julia is now safe and unharmed with her father.
